This book is unlike anything I’ve ever read. Okorafor has a truly refined way of creating atmosphere, which keeps you engaged through the journey of AO and her companion DNA. DNA’s cows are named Carpe Diem and GPS, which I also love. This book celebrates uniqueness, and overcomes personal challenges for both characters, while gradually revealing secrets that build on AO’s entire being. This is a sci-fi must read.
