I enjoyed this read. This book does contain a lot of “darker kinks”, so if you are a reader who doesn’t particularly enjoy those topics, I wouldn’t suggest this novel.

My favorite parts of the story (besides the spice) were
the many times Raelynn had to be saved by Leon. I just love a good damsel in distress scene, and this book had a few sections where it really satisfied my cravings. And I just find it so cute how possessive Leon is. Some might find the possessive/stalker trope off-putting, but that’s actually why I like the book haha.


The pacing of the book was just right for me. Definitely would recommend this for people into the darker spice.

This book is not for you if you’re looking for a cute vanilla story.
