I am not normally a person that reads a self help or motivational book but I keep hearing about this book. I should also be honest and say that I am not familiar with the author, I know that she has a big following but I wasn’t one of them. I really enjoyed this book. I thought she did a great job of discussing lies that women are told and her thoughts along with motivational support to also rise above the lie. Some of the chapters did not pertain to me but the majority did. I definitely feel the need to go wash my face and get up.
