i didn’t hate the outlawed story as much as i thought i would when i heard most of ms. marvel’s last volume was an event tie in. that being said, there is no satisfying closure of that storyline in this (is that in champions?).
i’m really sad to see this series go and even sadder that ms. marvel won’t have a solo book. ms. marvel was the first comic i read in like 2014, and there has been an ongoing series since. and with kamala coming to the mcu soon, it just feels like such an odd choice to cancel this book.
this ending felt kind of abrupt to me, and i wonder how much time the creative team was given to wrap things up. (like they introduced a totally new character with a great design and a lot of potential like 3 issues from the end.
