What I Like About You
by Marisa Kanter
"You've read this book before"
This quote from the book perfectly sums up my thoughts of this book. Yes I enjoyed it, but the whole plot felt way too similar to Eliza and her Monsters for me to really love it.
Don't get me wrong I loved the addition of the grief aspect in both Halle and her grandfather trying to process the loss of her grandmother. I loved the baking and book references. But in the end it was another girl in the public eye, with anxiety lying to the guy who doesn't know that she is the online person he knows.
