I wanted something short and sweet, and this perfectly delivers. I love Adam’s relationship with his Jewishness and the way Tate used Hanukkah as a time frame to start building a relationship, while also learning about what being Jewish means to Adam and how to celebrate the holiday in a way that feels meaningful. I also really enjoyed the caregiver/little dynamic and would have loved seeing more domestic scenes between the two of them. I also utterly adored the anxiety rep and found it to be extremely relatable. Overall this was a cute, sweet story that perfectly hit the spot.
