Bleak House by Charles Dickens

Obsessed and in love with this, tbqh. Putting my favorite line below (well one of them), where he’s describing how the rabbits might feel after many days of rain.
“So the rabbits with their self-betraying tails, frisking in and out of holes at roots of trees, may be lovely with ideas of the breezy days when their ears are blown about, or of those seasons of interest when there are sweet young plants to gnaw.”
