Harbor by Rebekah Weatherspoon

5.0

I love Rebekah Weatherspoon and everything of hers I’ve ever read, and Harbor is no exception. The third and final (I think???) installment in the Beards and Bondage Trilogy takes us to Cape Cod and an mmf poly-amorous triad brought together after the tragic deaths of their respective partners. There’s also a cute dog, clear and consistent communication, and the passage of time (no insta love here, although some insta lust). An ADA, a patent lawyer and a woodworker fall in love next to a Massachusetts beach. I really appreciated getting to circle back to Brooklyn after seeing her introduced in the first two books, and getting to revisit Liz and Silas and the apple orchard. Reading Rebekah's books feels simultaneously cozy and titillating. This is definitely on the fire emoji end of things, a spicy book about people messily figuring things out. Five stars.

Thank you to the author for the e-ARC of this book.
