Great book overall.

There's a lot of important stuff in here for emotional health in general, but the focus is toward spirituality as the book progresses. Add this to the list of books I think should be necessary to read before going into ministry.

One critique I have doesn't have to do with the purpose of the book but a mention of David's story near the beginning of the book — David's assault of Bathsheba was referred to as adultery. This always irritates me as it is not an accurate representation of what happened. Very minor in the grand scheme of the book, but I felt it was worth warning future readers.
