Fall With Me by Brooke Montgomery
4.0
✨ enemies to lovers
✨ cowboy romance
✨ small town
✨ barrel racer heroine
✨ amnesia
Another wonderful story in Sugarland Creek following the Hollis family and all their stories. This time we get the long awaited enemies to lovers story between Landen Hollis and Ellie Donovan, a barrel racer and the cowboy she can’t stand. We get this explosive yet beautiful story between two people and what life has thrown at them to bring them together.
I love the way these two banter and connect on a deeper level from the very beginning. We get a mystery of why Ellie hates Landen so much and when it all connected my jaw dropped! I loved the little mystery element between these two and what draws them together.
Ellie is such a complex character who has been dealt such a hard hand and uses so many walls to keep people out to keep from getting hurt until a cocky cowboy can’t seem to stop getting under her skin. When an accident leaves Ellie unable to remember she wonders what the cowboy sitting by her bedside she can’t help but to be drawn to him, but will she hate him more when she finally gets her memories back?
I love this world and this family. They have such a strong connection and love for each other that poor out of every single page, I love getting to see previous couples and what they’re up to in this story. And how much they root for Landen and Ellie as individuals and together.
This book is beautiful, heartbreaking, funny, heartwarming and spicy. You love this book if you love banter, dirty talking cowboys, and a sizzling enemies to lovers.
