This was my first ever “slasher” book I've read and I feel like it hit the mark. Slasher movies to me are all a little bit cheesy and this was no exception. Sometimes I felt like there might have been 1 too many twists, but overall, I enjoyed the story! I couldn’t really get behind the whole jail sequence and the run with the cop in the middle, but I enjoyed everything else. The main character annoyed me at times, but I did read the whole book in one sitting so it didn’t annoy me that bad lol
 I definitely do NOT recommend the audiobook. I had to stop after a couple chapters and read the physical version.
