I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I started reading this book, as it wasn't the usual genre that I tend to go for. However, from the very beginning, I was completely drawn in by its intriguing premise, and I couldn't help but keep reading.

As I delved deeper into the story, I found myself becoming more and more invested in the characters and their beautifully written, yet dark and twisted love story. The author's use of dark fairytales and gothic influences throughout the plot only added to its hauntingly beautiful atmosphere.

While there were times where the story felt a bit slow-paced and drawn out, I was so captivated by the writing style that it didn't really bother me. In fact, I found myself savoring each page, not wanting it to end. Overall, I'm so glad that I gave this book a chance, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good, dark romance with a touch of gothic flair.
