Dirty Wicked Prince by Eden O'Neill

5.0

So I accidentally read this book, I was meaning to read the first series by this author before going into this book but I didn't register that this was the same person. I discovered Eden O'Neill through Tik Tok and her books seem really interesting and after reading this one, I totally understand the hype.

I love having a full-on badass heroine and Sloane totally hit the mark for this. It might seem like I'm not like other girls for some people but just from the beginning Sloane was ready to kick ass and I just fell in love with her after. As for Dorian, he was such an interesting character especially getting to see how he felt for Sloane. Also, the freaking banter between these two was freaking climatic! Honestly seeing them from fighting to seeing Dorian get soft for Sloane was such a great feel. This is a true enemies to lovers and it really hit the marks on it.

I have to talk about the ending because it truly messed me up. I don't know how this was going to end and I thought that it was going to be a standalone series but that cliffhanger truly ended me. I thought that they were going to get their happily ever after and I was so wrong. I literally screamed after I finished reading the book because I was in disbelief about what had just happened.

Overall, go freaking read this book, please! If you liked the Sinners and Saints series by Veronica Eden then you will definitely like this book. They kind of reminded me of LucasGemma and DevlinBlair. This book was such a great read and it's not too hefty but the whole thing was so hard to put down.
