Wow, what a creepy book. Told from the perspective of a wife who is completely obsessed by her husband. He fills her every waking thoughts and she alters her behaviours to please him. If that isn’t scary enough she has a secret system of punishments when he doesn’t quite respond in the way she expects him to. I was absolutely sure this book would end in a mass murder
