How to Say I Do by Tal Bauer

4.0

So I’m not usually one for cowboy romances, but this book hooked me. This book has definitely helped solidify my love for Tal Bauer.

We start out in an airport with a train wreck of a man being saved by a practical Texas Ranger. Turns out they are going to the same all inclusive resort, just for very different reasons. Sparks fly and they have the best six days, until Noël decides to take matters into his to his own hands. Enter the angst.

There’s so much emotion in this book. And it’s incredibly written. I’m not one to cry while reading, but this book easily pulled the tears out. There’s a beautiful relationship, found family, grand gestures, all of it. And I adored it.

The spice was so sweet, also not usually my forte, but I loved how it was done and how it helped connect things. The burn is definitely there, but you don’t have to wait long, it’s just intense.

Now don’t mind me as I go read more of Bauers collection
