this book is so ass. he is a walking red flag. his "first" thoughts about her are about her ass and underwear. he ruined her life and shes just okay with that. she reads the same manuscript that I read and forgives him for lighting the fire that ruined her career and gave her scars spanning her entire body. this book is such a joke. I might have given it two stars if it was written by literally anyone else (besides the other authors on my shit list). this book is awful and I hated it. idk why I torture myself with books like these but I will continue to do it. also I got this book for free from ways that are accessible to everyone. if you ever want to read this trash author who hides behind the fact that her mom was in an abusive relationship but does the bare minimum for dv survivors, then please get the books from ways in which she will make no profit. libraries, used books, etc. she does not need more money she has a whole movie about her awful writing.
