Crimes of Cupidity by Raven Kennedy

adventurous funny lighthearted

3.5

As much as I really liked it, I feel like it needed more. I wanted to know what happened to the angel and demon after the battle, more about how Emelle is learning about being a Cupid boss and living on earth, and it never says if she can go back to the veil with Ronak going feral. The one thing I absolutely did not like is Okot’s storyline. He comes in half way through the second book, and although I immediately liked him, since we were already half way through, there wasn’t much about him compared to the other 3. In this book, he’s in the first quarter and then the last couple of chapters. And don’t get me wrong, I love the other 3 mates, but if you’re throwing a fourth mate in there, throw him in. I just feel like Okot being a mate had nothing to do with anything because we barely see him in the three books.
