Things We Hide From The Light
by Lucy Score
This book was quite an easy read – I felt like there wasn’t too much happening in terms of plot so it felt more like a comfort read. The first half of the story felt like it was dragged out quite a bit and I started losing interest so I took a bit of a break from it BUT the second half definitely picks up. That being said, my favourite part of the story wasn’t Lina and Nash’s love story, I think I enjoyed seeing all the other characters and their domesticity more because it made the book feel much more homey (honestly reminded me of Friends for some reason). Aside from that I don’t have much to say about this book but I am excited to read the last book in the series about Lucian and Sloane!
