The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab
3.0
3.5 ⭐
I feel the book could've been edited down quite a bit - some scenes feel drawn out and there is a lot of repetition, but the writing is still beautiful. I found the darkness an enticing character (would've loved more villainous stuff, maybe then I'd forgive the book's length), more interesting than Addie or Henry, even though I still felt some pull toward Henry. Even though Addie's the main girl, I didn't like her too much as a character and didn't enjoy her selfishness in the end.
