Synopsis: Nicholas is up for a fencing scholarship at a prestigious boarding school, but when he’s roomed with an opponent he desperately wants to beat and is trying to earn the top spot on the fencing team, he’ll have to learn not to crumble under the pressure.
I loved Fence, as a fencer myself I really enjoyed getting to see the accuracy of the graphic book compared to fencing in real life (and it was accurate!). The illustrations were beautiful and so colourful, it really set the tone of the story. My only complaint is that I wish it was longer!
