I will be honest, I did not have high expectations for this book. I thought it would be okay at best but I wanted to read it anyway (not sure why). Oh boy am I pleased I did. So wonderful, and really exceeded my expectations. The story was so well done and I love the characters and the journey they each went on. The ending was satisfying and I really enjoyed this book. Is exactly what you want from a YA historical mystery with a good dash or romance.
