Dare I say I liked this book better than Saylor and Adler’s story ?? The photography, the sports romance, the drama !? 10/10. I also loved how the two MCs actually COMMUNICATED. What a breath of fresh air.
I have 2 qualms with this book, though! 1) I didn’t care for when I think Will referred to a woman as a “female.” That’s not a noun. 2) so like Sophia is graduating college… ? How old is Will? Then when does she become pregnant? Did we let the girl live her life a bit? Overall, this was the juicy, dramatic, sports romance I needed to get me out of this mild reading slump. C.W. Farnsworth knows how to write a good sports romance.
