Is it possible for a book to feel like a hug? Yes, yes it is. The Vampire Knitting Club was the exact type of hug I needed. It's cozy, it's cute. Lucy felt like this friend I had missed for so long. I loved her so much it absolutely insane. Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about this. It's a very nice cozy mystery novel about a woman trying to figure out what happened to her grandmother while also deciding how her life should continue from that moment on. I do strongly recommend the audiobook, the narrator has the most wonderful voice I have ever heard.
Well now, I pulled on one of my knitted cardigans my grandma made me and off to the next book in her adventure I go.
