Was a great, fast read retelling Cinderella with a Chinese perspective. I especially liked all the cultural elements about the book, particularly about foot binding. Foot binding is painful and terrible, and I am glad that I never have to go through it! I love Donna Jo Napoli's poignant re-telling of classic tales!
