I liked the multiple perspectives it helped with the tension build up wondering what was about to happen, but unfortunately it felt like the build up was for nothing. Nothing really seemed to happen except for a growing sense of dread.
The only thing that was really shocking was that the child that ended up in harms way wasn't the one I expected it to be.
I hated both Dan and Emmy, neither really seemed to like the other and both were just generally terrible people. Dan tried to be likeable but loosing his kid in the mall and then getting mad at strangers for not panicking over his lost kid, that was the end of me finding him more tolerable than Emmy.
