The Tattooist of Auschwitz
by Heather Morris
Based on a true story.
I know there’s a bunch of backlash over the historical inaccuracies in this book—and yes that’s totally lazy on the part if the author. However, it’s still an amazing tale of love and endurance, factual historical errors aside.
I never miss a good WWII novel and one that manages a happy ending out of the Holocaust is one I can recommend.
