I hate that I'm giving this book such a low rating. I didn't hate the book, I just was really disappointed in a lot of it. I suppose it was more mystery than thriller and I expected more thriller, creepy parts. What I got was a long lost mystery that just didn't make a lot of sense, or it did make sense and it didn't do anything for me. lol
If you're looking for a small town mystery, try this book. If you're looking for a creepy thriller of an old town secrets, you may be disappointed. Either way, I do enjoy this author and will always read her books no matter what. I love her style of writing and the way she weaves a story. Just because I wasn't crazy about this book doesn't mean it is bad.
