     That was a journey. This book is one of the best, and heaviest, in terms of story, I've ever read. The way Ali Smith crafted this story is fascinating, her writing is so beautiful and poetic and you can see her through her books. The relationships of the characters and especially the sisters was so relatable and true with all of it's ups and downs. It's heavy in politics, which I love. She discuses lots of topics through her characters, and when you think that this book was published in 2017 and still hits true, says a lot about the political progression of the world. Interesting for a fast developing world. Genuinely a great 'winter' book. Ali Smith gets it.
