Oh Dianna, my sweet loving Dianna. This one literally crushed me and put me all back together. Her crash out is SO valid. I would do the same for mines, no question, no second thoughts, absolutely would've went out of my mind. Her female rage was EVERYTHING. And the way that man still loved and worshipped the very ground she walked on the whole time. His feelings for her or motives did not falter. Even when he believed that she was too far gone, he couldn't get her back, or thinking her feelings for him wavered. He still supported and understood her rage and did not question it. He tried to help, wait, and put her back together through it all until the end. Every single time that mans mouth opened, I fell a little more in love with him every single time. He is the literal epitome of a man and I stand on that one. He may be number 1 as of right now😂. And oh my adorable Logan and Nervarra , I absolutely adore you guys. The way that they loved, protected, and defended her was everything. And oh my gosh, my sweet baby Cameron, he is everything. My poor baby and his love. I am absolutely scared to read the third one because if it changes my perspective on the characters I love so much I might actually go crazy because these first two books are perfection. The found family in this one really touched my heart. And when the letter was opened? Yea I absolutely lost it, sobbed for a while and immediately had to close my kindle. That scene literally broke my heart into a million  pieces.

For this one, it is very action packed so pay close attention to everything going on. It's a lot but it's so worth it. At first I honestly was so confused and did not care for the multiple POVS but I soon realized they were someway important to the storyline and grew to like their chapters. I also loved the freshness of reading from their side of the story and the way they saw and felt about everything that was going on. AND the twists in this one? and YES PLURAL. There was so much going on and when I tell you a "gasp" can't even describe what happened. More like a "my jaw dropped".  <<SPOILER>>

And then Kaden... his confession. Poor guy, I mean obviously I hate him but the confession at first actually touched me because he didn't choose this life, He did choose his actions incorrectly but he didn't ask to be locked away and then seeing/hearing that his father locked them away but showed off and adored his other son. The man has been through some stuff and I won't say that at some point I didn't feel bad because I did. It doesn't override my feelings of hate for him but I still felt bad. He fell for a girl he knew he couldn't have. He didn't choose to fall, it just happened because she is amazing and touched a part of his soul that was dormant.
