I had such high hopes and I’m so disappointed. What on earth was this? The way it was written was really strange and the sudden shift into sci-fi was exceptionally weird. And the time travelling and hairless ratmen… no. Didn’t work. Was skimming it by the end. So disappointing considering how good I am Pilgrim was! 650+ pages of average plot, poor writing and a really obnoxious main character.
