Persephone walking around with Hades' tiny dog tucked into her fancy ass fur coat is just inexplicably hilarious and the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen. Literally one of the reasons why these books continue to delight me. It's the tiniest little details in the deceptively simple art style. It's the way Rachel has captured the natures of the gods, the gist of their big stories and crazy actions, and turned them into this really gripping, soap opera of a story.
