The Merciless
by Danielle Vega
How do I even begin?
This was the first-ever book I considered giving only 1 star to. But one thing saved it. It was so bad that it was good. I hated it so much that I had begun to enjoy it.
The writing was juvenile, the characters were intolerable, and the gore was laughable. Somehow, this became the perfect concoction. This is by no means the type of book I strive to find. But I can adjust to this level of stupid characters. If there was ever a character that I wanted to kick in the head, Sophia Flores could not be beaten.
This book literally made my brain hurt, but I'll probably read it again because I like throwing books at walls.
