It’s giving Hunger Games meets Ready Player One meets Dungeons and Dragons with a little bit of a foot fetish thrown in. I loved Carl and Princess Donut, and I never wanted to put this book down, but it did feel like part 1 of a longer book rather than its own story, and there were quite a number of creatures you had to learn about. Overall, though, great book, and I can’t wait to read the next book!
