Swimming at Night by Lucy Clarke
5.0
Originally I was going to rate this a 4 star but the ending got me BIG TIME so up to 5 it went.
This was a wonderfully written book and really makes you think. Even though this is about 2 sisters I feel as though anyone can relate to the emotions this book is full of by 'replacing' the sister aspect with someone else in your life. Prepare for an emotional overload with love, hate, grief, resentment, admiration, acceptance, etc.
I really enjoyed the dual timeline from each sister's POV and how they essentially crashed into one another in the end. As I said at the beginning, the ending got me - I always appreciate an emotional ending that ties into the story so well.
