Solid read! The father daughter relationship was to die for (pun unintended) and I wish I saw more of it in other books. Also loved how the dad also time traveled and it was a cute moment when they talked about it. I love when authors write scenes in the way that readers would love and not in the way a writer is expected to write it so that made me happy.
The whole book surrounding her relationships with everyone in her life was beautiful, besides her dad second to me would be her best friend.
Ofc I didn’t like all the long paragraphs and you can bet your ass I skimmed them. She had a tendency to ramble on sometimes about random shit and I didn’t like that.
Loved the whole idea of your own mortality as well as your parents, it makes you reflect more within your own life so a slay. Made me want to call my parents and hug them more, which I think was kind of the point after reading the author’s acknowledgements.
Great book, dragged for the first third but then picked up.

Thanks brynnie for the rec
