I absolutely adore this book. Watching Nesta go from completely and totally soul crushed to owning her wounds and the damage she had down shed so much light on what it means to be fractured. I really enjoyed the change of perspective from Feyre to Nesta/Cassian.
Plot holes?
I felt like there was a lack of plot with Briallyn - was her only goal revenge? I feel like that was thrown in haphazardly. Same with Koschei, I don't understand fully the deal with him. It was as if those were thrown in for some type of plot conflict instead of this story solely focusing on characters and their growth.
Even with all that, the growth and development with the characters was enough to knock the wind out of me, kill me slowly, and leave me in misery for the second one. 5 stars.
