Frank Einstein and the Antimatter Motor (Frank Einstein Series #1): Book One by Jon Scieszka

5.0

This book was adorable and super funny. I did listen to it on audio book during my commute, but I think that the audio book might have been the reason I enjoyed this text so much. Frank Einstein is a smart kid. In fact, he might be a genius. Together with his best friend, Watson, he conducts many science experiments in order to come up with the perfect presentation for the science fair. He is staying with his grandfather that has come into some financial troubles and he's sure that if he wins the science fair, all of their problems will disappear. (The cash prize will help with the mortgage.)

I picked up this book because I saw a sixth grader reading it in class and laughing audibly while reading it. I had no clue what was so funny until I was immersed in the world of Frank Einstein and listening to the goofy robot voices that filled my car as I drove. I highly recommend this book for students that enjoy science but aren't highly keen about reading. I'm off to pick up the next book today.
