the beginning of this book asks a heartbreaking and wonderful question: what if your mother was a child?
the last 100 pages are dogshit that had me literally fuming in my room huffing under my breath. this book has very high highs and very low lows, not in terms of emotion but in terms of quality. i want to give this a good rating but i cannot lie to myself. 2 stars is VERY generous for… everything mrs monroe did here in this book
