krissyl 's review for:
Life on the Refrigerator Door
by Alice Kuipers
This was a quick book, as in I read it in half an hour or less. It was written entirely in notes between a mother and teenage daughter. Through the notes we learn the mother has breast cancer, and goes through treatment. While it was a quick book, it was a good read. It made me think that we should never become too busy to have actual conversations with our loved ones. Real talk matters.
I would recommend to borrow this one, rather than buy it, because it's such a fast read.
