Oh what a splendid and beautiful graphic novel this was. I ad0re Anne 0f Green Gables and was feeling a bit sad over finishing the CBC/Netflix adaptation so I wanted to reread it. But I'm way too busy with a new semester of c0llege to actually sit down and read the nearly 500 pages of the edition I own so I settled for the graphic novel. I'm not at all surprised that I loved this. Not only does the story, characters, and setting evoke this nostalgic and warm feeling in side me but so does the art style. Especially the colors. I can't quite explain it but the colors + the story just made me feel warm and fuzzy inside.
