Free Food for Millionaires by Min Jin Lee

So good. The characters were so authentic, I feel like a traitor calling them characters. I loved and hated many of them. Casey, the protagonist, was who she was, sometimes ashamed of her choices and behaviors but at the end of the day accepted herself and others as human. It was a bit long, I'll grant you that, but I found each person's story compelling enough to stick with it.
