Firstly, if you haven't read Mistborn 1-3  then do not even consider reading this until you have - this completes the trilogy and if you haven't read the original trilogy then you won't have a clue what's going on half the time and there will be massive spoilers for the original.

This book essentially completes the events of the original Mistborn trilogy from Kelsier's perspective. I loved having  another story dedicated to Kelsier (my favourite character from the whole of Mistborn 1-6) and I felt the book developed his character more, as well as explaining some of the events and lore of Mistborn.

If you are a fan of Kelsier, or want to find more about the Cosmere, I'd highly recommend checking this out. Just please read at least Mistborn 1-3 first.
