A brilliant book.
This story has so much heart. The primary sources itself grips you in and is a story that makes you feel and think. But Sunny's story is just so beautiful, not because of a big sunshine and rainbows ending, but because it's real and true. Her inner conflicts of rationalizing the world around her and her need for her mother are hard and real.
