I really enjoyed this anthology. It was a great introduction to so many authors. There were a few that I was familiar with, but most of them were new to me and quite a few are going on my watchlist. I'm excited to check out more from them. It's amazing how they packed so much story into so few words!

The Spark by Julie Hall was my favorite. My goodness, she can do no wrong! This was such a powerful, fierce, and emotional story. It goes along with her Fallen Legacy series and is a bit of a prequel. It explains an integral part of the history behind it and is so, so good!

Some of my other favorites were The Hero of Parker City by Emily Grant, The Last Gateway by Cassandra Ham, The Boy with the Crows by Hope Ann, The Ways of War by Madison Brown, The Inheritance by Carrie Ann Noble, Name that Planet by Alex Mellen, and both stories from R.F. Gammon, To Catch a Killer and A Healing Touch. But really the list could go on and on. This was such an awesome anthology. There's something here for every fan of speculative fiction. I highly recommend it!
