Better than the first book
This is the second in a four part series. This one was much more lively, much more action, much more of everything that the first book was building up to.
If you found the first book bland, or that it took to long to get to the point, or that there was too much world building, or whatever reason you might not have considered going on with the series, this makes up for all of it.
I stayed up late nights to finish this, despite having work to do the following day, and this held my attention and made me wonder what was going to happen next, who would survive, and who would die.
