City of Bones by Michael Connelly

Started with a rating of 5, as with most of Michael Connelly's novels. The writing and build up of suspense was excellent. I loved the forensics aspect of the story, along with the procedurals. Nobody does it better than Harry and I enjoy his investigative style. The romance track was not necessary. I was disappointed with the ending. this was contrary to MC's motto ' Everybody counts or nobody counts'. Everyone was very enraged by what the little boy had to endure when he was alive, but those who caused him so much pain got scot free. It was heart wrenching,
