Upon finishing this book, I was left with only one question: why do I keep giving Malcolm Gladwell opportunities? The book wasn't all together terrible, but it definitely could have been much more succinct. Basically, we never know someone's background, how any given person should respond in a given situation, or whether or not they are lying and we should never assume that we know any of these things.
