FMC (Annabelle): 3.25 (she was a gossiping sweetheart - oxymoron - but I wished the angst was dialed up or the payoff for her was greater)
MMC (Robert): 3 (did he actually love her as much as she loved him? I don’t like that I’m not sure…)
💕: 3.75 (definitely was told more than felt their “golden” and “intangible” connection - the length of separation made no sense…did love the nickname bumblebee though)
Plot: 2.75 (what was the point of the caricaturist plot line 😭 and why did the poor grandfather have to die?)
