Lady of The Lake
by Alex Rivers, C.N. Crawford
slow-paced
Meh, ok. Some parts were great, some parts were slow. It seemed like a weird bumpy ride. I feel like we lost a little of the OG Nia, although I think her being with the dream stalker was nice, it also felt weird to have Rafa so out of sight and out of mind.
There is one scene that felt ridiculous, Nia gets a message that she has to go get a message directly in person from
Avalon tower. It seems mostly pointless, except for the fact that I guess later in the book it makes her being in Avalon tower a little less random (but it still feels random, like she totally forgot about Avalon tower during the book).
The dream stalker doesn’t seem so scary this book. He also does undergo a change but idk how much I believe it.
