Julia takes us on a CRAAAAAZYYYY ride through the country. Darla is driving along her merry way in countryside, with nothing but corn fields....and there on the side is a naked man...NAKED, with a killer smile on his face and a guitar on his privates.
You hear it right..JUST. A. GUITAR!!!!
This first scene hooked in my heart and ias smitten with Trevor Connor, high as a kite with killer charm. It's completely insane ride from then on. Entertaining to the fullest, it also has a l8t of heart.
Darla is down on her luck and last few dollars. When Joe rides over to pick up Trevor, her heart flutters for him too.
They're bandmates for Random Act Of Crazy band and besides being talented, their drop dead sexy looks have her salivating.
She follows them to Boston and there book 2 shall start.
Despite being over the top fateful, their encounter had a sense of believability to it. And the fact that the writing was spectacular.
Narrated beautifully by Andi Arndt, Sebastian York & Tad Branson, it's a hot-a-minute that camps in your soul.
